Crash Logs and Heap Dumps

In the rare event of a crash caused by an Out of Memory error, the Intelligence Hub is configured to produce a crash log and a heap dump.

Windows and Linux

These files are saved in the active directory.

Docker

In Docker environments, these files are saved to /usr/local/highbyte/appData. Please refer to the Docker documentation for details on configuring a volume to persist these files across restarts.
